Addison, IllinoisJD Norman Industries is pleased to announce Alberto Hernandez has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for JD Norman Industries.  Alberto previously was the Plant Manager of the San Luis Potosi Plant since the acquisition of the EPTEC S.A. de C.V. in March 2014. 

 

Alberto joined EPTEC in San Luis Potosi in 2003.  He started at the company in a purchasing role and has also held positions in sales and operations.  Alberto officially assumed the role as Plant Manager in 2010 and has continued to work in this position to date.  Alberto received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosi.

 

“In his role as Vice President of Operations, Alberto will be charged with executing our Business Operating System at all of our plants,” said Justin Norman, President and Chief Executive Officer of JD Norman Industries. He went on to state, “We have developed our Business Operating System to focus on the key operational goals of Safety, Team Member Development, New Product Launch, Delivery, Quality, Profitability and Sales Growth.  Alberto’s role is to develop world class manufacturing operations at each of our facilities and continue to assist with the development and evolution of our Business Operating System.”

 

Alberto will continue to be based in San Luis Potosi, Mexico but will be traveling extensively to all JD Norman plant locations.  Alberto will be reporting directly to Justin Norman and the Plant Managers will report to Alberto.
